Letter from the Editor

Hello and welcome to The Griffin Gazette!

It is our pleasure to greet those who have taken the time to visit our newly created news site. Mr. Warford’s journalism class has worked very hard over the last few weeks, searching for riveting stories, both in and out of the Academy's campus. All 20 students that engaged in this site couldn’t be happier that their words and wisdom will now be shared with TPAA students, staff, and families.

Please take the time to examine The Griffin Gazette and its layout. On top of the screen, there are five sections: Campus Life, Entertainment, News, Sports, and Opinion and Advice. There are also plenty of other options while on The Griffin Gazette site, such as Student of the Month, Athlete of the Week, and occasional polls. Here at our new site, we work hard to make sure every one of our readers is satisfied with the content that we produce. We all hope that you enjoy your time here at the Gazette. While this venture into the world of news coverage may have barely set sail, it is in definite shape to be a great journey.
