Shoutout to the Runners

Sports news has been racking up this week with so much going on around TPAA. The Track & Field season is sadly over, but all of the team stated that it is great to see how much they’ve improved since the beginning of the season. Coach Crook stated “the team has worked hard this year” and tells her runners they should take the next 2-3 weeks off to rest, recover, and focus on their finals. Coach Crook also gives them and incoming cross country runners tips on how to get ready for cross country stating “Begin summer training with plenty of cross training such as biking, swimming, yoga, zumba, or other sports.”

Boys basketball summer league practice is beginning May 15. The summer league team is opened to everyone so there are no tryouts.
