The End of the Line

We did it Seniors, we did it! We just got through one of the biggest accomplishments of our whole lives, and that’s without a doubt, graduating High School. It’s been a long road to get here but we persevered through adversity and obstacles that tried to throw us off our course. Most of us have been here at TPAA since the 8th grade when it just opened and in a flash, we are now Seniors.

Prom had passed and it was most certainly a night to remember. All of our friends that we've seen from the beginning were all there to share laughter and a spot on the dance floor, dancing the night away. Mrs. Coleman's surprise party filling all of our stomachs with good food as we honored her hard work here at TPAA and expressed our appreciation for her in her final year as a teacher. The new school campus is opening up soon for new students to carry on our legacy within different walls. Grad Night and Graduation still await my friends, but it’s time now to take it all in.

This Senior year has been fun. It had it’s pitfalls though, like all of the stress and what not, but that’s a given. I’ve enjoyed my highschool years and am honored to become a TPAA Alumni. Many of us have plans for the future but nothing is ever certain. I just hope that we all follow our dreams and chase what we truly want in life so that at our next high School reunion we are all smiling together knowing that we are truly where we want to be in this life. I’d like thank all of the STAFF for being as amazing as they are and giving us the support that we needed throughout this long High School journey. I also want to thank myself for not giving up, and my friends for not giving me a reason to.

As far as advice goes, the amount of fun and fulfillment that comes from your Senior year derives from your work ethic throughout all of High school. If you start strong your Freshman, Sophomore, and Junior year you will heavily enjoy your Senior year no problem. If you slack off Freshman year and a tad of Sophomore year. Trust me, I am not lying, YOU WILL REGRET IT. I did my best work Freshman and Sophomore year and did well the rest of the way. I am still reaping the benefits of how well I kicked off my High School career. Your High School GPA average is born the moment you step on Freshman soil. Freshman year does matter, and some wish it hadn’t. So with that being said, start strong! And end stronger!

I wish every TPAA senior the best and I will miss all of you sincerely. It’s not easy out there in this world, so wish me luck!
